We offer more than 17,000 acres and 140 training areas and facilities for year-round training for military forces, law enforcement agents and civilians from across the nation. With state-of-the-art training facilities, we are always looking for ways to better serve our citizen-soldiers, as evidenced by the ongoing renovations of existing facilities as well as construction of new facilities.

Fort Indiantown Gap MWR Survey

It has been two years since we have last solicited your input for current and future Morwale/Welfare/Recreation projects or activities at Fort Indiantown Gap. Since that time, there have been numerous projects implemented based on your input; however, there are still areas that can be improved.

Your input is important. Based on our last survey, we have begun the long process of building a bowling alley. In fact, six lanes have been purchased. We still face enormous challenges for a building to house these lanes.

Improvements have been made to the gymnasium, the upgrade of several mess halls, renovations in our laundry facilities, upgrades to several pavilions, and a substantial purchase of new fitness machines have been made.

We fully realize there is still much more that could be done. We are again soliciting your input for any future projects. Please take some time and thought to complete this survey regarding MWR activities at Fort Indiantown Gap.

Complete NLT 30 November 2009.
